Michel describes his wine to Yannick
On the nose, the wine is reminiscent of yellow fruit, white flowers and sweet spices. I really like the wine’s rich, smooth entry to the palate. Beautiful sugar, a pear and yellow peach bouquet, and a complex, saline finish.
