Michel describes his wine to Yannick
On the nose, this deep ruby coloured Crozes-Hermitage reveals notes of black fruit, spices, pepper and fern. Fresh on entry with velvety tannins on the palate. Sour liquorice, black fruit and soot notes marry harmoniously together.
